The US Global (USG)\nGlobal Mobility organization is responsible for the global mobility strategic\nand operational support to the US Firms' leaders and businesses. The Global\nMobility team is responsible for end-to-end advisory, experience, and\noperational support for all US and USI deployment types (US and USI inbound and\noutbound global assignments, US and USI cross-border engagements, USI to US /\nCanada deployments, USI to US Business Visa Travel, US to DTTL non-relocation\nassignments, and expat support for USI expats).

US Global (USG)\nGlobal Mobility (Deloitte LLP) leadership is seeking a Special Projects &\nGovernance Support role for special projects execution, communication, and\ngovernance-related activities.

\n\n\n\n



Description of Responsibilities

\n\n\n\n

Supports\nend-to-end execution and delivery of continuous improvement initiatives and\ngovernance program materials for US and USI Global Mobility teams / function\nand processes. Works under the direction of Special Projects & Governance Lead\nto support development and implementation of continuous improvement\ninitiatives, as well as maintenance and monitoring of program governance\nmaterials, for US and USI Global Mobility teams / function and processes.

\n\n\n\n

Examples of\nspecific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

\n\n\n\n
  • Supports\nend-to-end execution and delivery of continuous improvement initiatives for US\nand USI Global Mobility teams / function and processes

  • Works under the\ndirection of Special Projects & Governance Lead to develop and implement\ncontinuous improvement initiatives for US and USI Global Mobility teams /\nfunction and processes

  • Assists with\ncoordination of feedback channels from Global Mobility teams (e.g., Business\nAdvisory, Employee Experience, Operations, Policy and Planning, etc.) to\nsupport identification of new projects or programs and / or improvement areas\nacross productivity, quality, relationships, and customer experience

  • Supports tracking\nof inventory of improvements, including prioritization, design, and\nimplementation Supports execution of program management activities for inflight\nGlobal Mobility initiatives

  • Assists with\naudits of US / USI Global Mobility process and governance documents, as well as\ntracking of progress for updates

  • With direction\nfrom Special Projects & Governance Lead:

\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
  • Supports projects linked to Global\nMobility strategic initiatives

  • Executes on strategy / process to\ntransition “project” work to “business as usual” team

  • Tracks success metrics for transition\nand monitoring results

  • Supports benchmarking to external\norganizations, processes, and procedures to ideate continuous improvement\ninitiatives

  • Monitors governance of relevant\nproject / program materials to keep current with expectations / changing\nprocesses

  • Works with appropriate teams in Global\nMobility to make sure websites and SharePoint sites are refreshed with updated\nproject / program materials

  • Uses project\nmanagement processes, procedures, tools, etc. adopted by Special Projects &\nGovernance team for consistent execution across all initiatives

  • Escalates complex\nissues to Special Projects & Governance Lead, as required

  • Identifies\nopportunities to improve the team's approach, processes, procedures, and tools\nand shares with Special Projects & Governance Lead

  • Receives\nday-to-day coaching, oversight, and issue resolution from Special Projects\n& Governance Lead

  • Engages in\nperformance management and development conversations and opportunities with\nSpecial Projects & Governance Lead

  • Completes other\nduties as assigned, related to other requested Strategy or Operations\nactivities (e.g., support for build or maintenance of program tools, Strategy\ndecks, communications, etc.)

  • Engages with\nother support team members from US and USI Global Mobility for execution of\nactivities and monitors work as necessary

Desired Skill Set:

\n\n
  • Collaboration and\ninternal group partnering

  • Stakeholder management\nand relationship building

  • Strong analytical\nand problem-solving skills

  • Strong verbal and\nwritten communication skills, including presentations / communications for\nexecutive-level audiences

  • Results oriented,\nable to balance supporting multiple initiatives while working primarily in a\nvirtual team

  • Understanding of\nchange management strategies and processes

  • Knowledge of Six\nSigma or continuous improvement is desired

  • PMP certification\nis beneficial

  • Knowledge of\nGlobal Mobility processes and programs

  • Ability to manage\nproject budgets

  • Advanced\nproficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Project, Excel, and Visio

  • Experience\ndeveloping and implementing process improvement / continuous improvement\ninitiatives

  • Bachelor's degree\nor higher

  • Typically\nrequires approximately 5 years of directly related experience. At this level,\npost-graduate coursework may be desirable (Senior)
