(FICO /\nSupply Chain / PP & PM)

Work you'll do

\n\n

As a Deloitte Senior Manager, you will manage and deliver large,\ncomplex client engagements that identify, design and implement creative\nbusiness and technology solutions. Our Senior Managers are expected to\ncontribute to the firm's growth and development in a variety of ways,\nincluding:

\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • Engagement\n Management: manage engagement risk and project economics including\n planning and budgeting, manage accounts receivable, define deliverable\n content and ensure buy-in of proposed solutions from client top management
  • \n
  • Business Development: develop and maintain contact with top\n decision makers at key clients, organize and lead pursuit teams,\n participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process,\n contribute to proposal pricing strategy
  • \n
  • Practice Development & Eminence: develop solutions and\n methodologies, develop \"thoughtware\" and \"point-of-view\"\n documents, public speaking and publication in industry periodicals
  • \n
  • People Development: perform role of counselor and coach, provide\n input and guidance into the firm's staffing process and actively\n participate in staff recruitment and retention activities
  • \n

\n\n

More specifically, you will do the\nfollowing:

\n\n

    \n
  • Deliver OG&C (Oil, Gas, & Chemicals) SAP projects
  • \n
  • Lead and support SAP pursuits and OG&C practice development\n initiatives
  • \n
  • Promote and participate in forums for sharing SAP and OG&C\n expertise, strengthening Deloitte's collective knowledge and helping\n resolve our clients' challenges
  • \n
  • Collaborate on innovative solutions to support the future of SAP\n and OG&C
  • \n
  • Develop your knowledge of and gain project experience in SAP's new\n S/4HANA and future solutions
  • \n

\n\n\n\n



Required Qualifications

\n\n

\n\n

    \n
  • Functional/technical\n proficiency with at least 5+ full life-cycle SAP implementations and 10+\n years of industry and/or consulting experience
  • \n

\n\n

    \n
  • At\n least 10 years of SAP experience implementing

    SAP.

    Applications include SAP S/4HANA and Cloud (Hybris, Ariba, IBP,\n SuccessFactors, and SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud)
  • \n \n


  • Must\n have Oil, Gas and Chemicals experience

  • \n
  • Must have the following module experience: FICO\n or Supply Chain or PP & PM
  • \n \n
  • Experience defining systems\n strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping,\n testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical\n business solutions under multiple deadlines
  • \n
  • Adept at designing and\n implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of\n a high-talent team and as a team lead or Project Manager on at least 5+\n full cycle implementations
  • \n
  • Strong current hands-on\n configuration and design skills
  • \n
  • Must have a demonstrated\n strong desire to excel and be committed to building eminence
  • \n
  • Bachelor's\n degree or equivalent
  • \n
  • Ability to travel 80-100% is\n REQUIRED
