Ecosystems & Alliances Marketing Communications (Enabling Consultant)
The Ecosystems & Alliances (E&A) Marketing Communications team is looking for an experienced Consultant to drive strategic communications programs in support of our Alliance partnerships and Deloitte Digital business. This person is a motivated and collaborative self-starter who will support a wide variety of internal and external communications projects that drive overall brand awareness and loyalty.
The work you'll do
: Support day-to-day operations to deliver on internal and external communications plans across key channels, engagement approaches, and content
: Employ strong project management skills (planning, executing, and completing projects that achieve plan objectives) to oversee all sponsored content and eminence production activities
: Work collaboratively with Marketing Communications Leadership and Alliance Marketers to establish, document and scale communications processes across internal, external, eminence / sponsored content, and brand sponsorships
: Support development of communications across channels, with a focus on building cohesive messages for various target audiences
: Manage and track Deloitte Digital and vendor resourcing budgets, overseeing invoice submission, quarterly reporting, and quarterly budget reconciliation
: Drive regular reporting cadence to deliver key insights around progress, traffic, and improvement opportunities to functional teams and leadership

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related discipline
- 3+ years of B2B communications experience
- Knowledge of communications fundamentals
- Project management and operational experience in a highly matrixed organization
- Superior Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Up to 30% travel required
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship development skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, consistently delivering quality work within required deadlines
- Comfortable working with a virtual team
- Demonstrates strong value for diversity, team dynamic / culture, and collaboration
