Job Description
As the Director of Product Value, you will be part of the Enterprise Virtual Care (EVC) team and will have the responsibility of providing end to end support of our product growth goals.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with EVC leadership, enterprise, and market leadership to formulate and advance EVC growth objectives

• Work with business units to monitor, update and refine the EVC value model.

• Lead ongoing market and competitive analyses to aid strategic decision making and develop key messaging/positioning in support of business growth objectives

• Oversee engagement and strategy to shape new partnerships and influencers in addition to exploit new channels and gain adoption

• Identify and evaluate opportunities for expansion into new products and/or geographic markets

• Manage pipeline process and develop business cases for new opportunities

The ideal candidate is a strategic and tactical problem solver with a “hands-on” orientation, who understands what it takes to drive real operating change, can create a sense of urgency, make decisions quickly, and effectively influence others. You must have the drive and ability to help develop strategic, analytical, and financial frameworks to identify practical and meaningful business improvement opportunities, and to define and implement go to market solutions and stand-up operations.

Required Qualifications
5+ years of relevant experience in Healthcare

COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement

Preferred Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience preferred care
• Telehealth and/or virtual care product experience strongly preferred
• Experience leading digital product teams preferred
• Structured and logical thinking with the ability to identify and define business problems and issues, and develop strategic, analytical, and financial frameworks to conduct analysis and/or measure success.
• Proven capability conducting and managing quantitative analysis with the highest level of attention to detail.
• Powerful communicator with the ability to succinctly convey complex issues to a diverse range of constituents, both verbally and on paper at all levels of an organization.
• Experience developing, designing, and leading execution of implementation plans to improve profitability and operational efficiencies.
• Highly developed project management skills.
• Highly skilled with common analytics and communications software – primarily Excel and PowerPoint (Tableau experience is a plus).
• Advanced degree preferred.
