You'll work alongside other dedicated individuals in a fast-paced warehouse environment that inspires you to grow your skills and advance your career. The Stock Handler (Stocker) will cut and prep all merchandise for the Order Selector. As a stocker, you will: * Stock cases of merchandise onto shelves for order selectors. * Read merchandise orders from a RF unit which will include: item locations, descriptions, and quantity needed. * Select and prepare (cut box tops and plastic from inner packaging) needed cases of product and place in a designated location. * Move boxes of merchandise (up to 30-50 pounds) using safe lifting techniques. * Monitors day-to-day warehouse activities and operation flows, escalating any exceptions or safety concerns to immediate supervisors for swift resolution. * Maintains consistent cleanliness of all work zones at the end of each shift to effectively adhere to departmental quality standards. * Works to maintain a safe working environment by consistently following safety guidelines and adhering to warehouse safety standards and requirements. * Performs general housekeeping duties to ensure working areas and aisles are clear of debris, to maximize safety standards and assist in reducing accidents. * Cross train in other warehouse tasks when needed. *Required Qualifications:* * Must be at least 18 years of age. * Ability to read, write, and count accurately. * Good written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally. * Physical requirements include constantly standing, bending, reaching and climbing stairs. * Must be certified on all equipment needed to complete job task. * Ability to work overtime. * Previous warehouse experience. *Preferred qualifications:* * High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. *Benefits:* * 401 (k) match * Insurance packages available * Stock purchase program * Store discounts * Paid breaks * Paid time off * Paid holidays * Growth opportunities *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
