Job Description
Senior Account Manager dedicated to leading the service, support and strategy of a large, complex key client.

Develops and executes on retention and growth strategies. Responsible for profitable retention, growth, strategic initiatives, relationship development and service excellence.

Develops productive and collaborative internal partnerships to create a comprehensive growth and service strategy.

Ensures alignment with customer's objectives, financial position and employee benefit strategy while providing cross-sell opportunities and profitable revenue and growth to Aetna.

Manages, develops and cultivates relationships with constituents as appropriate.

Partners with team members as appropriate in meetings with clients to professionally represent Aetna in the marketplace; articulates how Aetna products and services can contribute to constituents' objectives.

Manages team in working with plan sponsor services to ensure case is installed correctly. Sets, communicates, implements and monitors performance metrics with assigned team; aligns assigned performance measures with company objectives.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 75400
Maximum: 158300

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
Superior written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated success in data analytics and insights.

Ability to effectively resolve difficult disputes and business challenges using highly refined functional, partnering and leadership skills.

Conflict management and negotiation skills.

Strength in strategic plan development and execution.
