Job Description
The Healthcare Analyst will be responsible for providing business analysis and development, implementation and on-going support for analytic solutions supporting the Medication Therapy Management program. A successful candidate will develop a solid understanding of Patient-Centered Care's programs and projects as well as clinical data and SAS Coding as well as develop a working relationship with the clinical management staff to support processes that are responsive to evolving business and program needs. He or she will use advanced analytical programming skills to provide insights and recommendations on the clinical effectiveness of the program and projects.

Successful candidate will work with SAS, SAS EG and Tableau Creator to provide business and client friendly reporting for program outcomes and ongoing studies.

Required Qualifications
Knowledge of:
• Healthcare Data - ideally pharmacy data
• Awareness of NCQA HEDIS measures
• Adherence measures and approaches
Skill In:
• SAS, SAS EG or equivalent
• Tableau Desktop / Tableau Creator
• Microsoft Excel – including macros, formulas and report creation
• Microsoft tools: Word, Power point, Visio
• Finding and implementing efficiency related to data analytics
Ability To:
• Understand data requests, translate requests into data queries, pull data and evaluate data, make modifications to approach and queries, deliver outcomes to manager in format easily understood by management and client.
• Provide quality control reviews and coverage for PD&A reporting across team

COVID Requirements

• Epic system for Health Care
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel and Power point
Skill in:
• VBA knowledge
• Tableau Server
Ability To:
• Communicate effectively with leadership
• Deliver standard reporting on time

Education
Bachelor's degree in in Analytics, Healthcare Outcomes or related degree.
Master degree preferred
