Job Description
The Project Manager on Wellpartner's Implementation team will be responsible for the tracking and reporting of all end-to-end client implementation progress. This requires working closely with the Implementation Lead and Account Managers to ensure all implementations updates are documented accurately as well as alerting the team of potential delays and assist in documenting detailed reasoning for identified delays. This role is also responsible for kicking off all pharmacies implementation upon the receipt of a fully executed contract. Additionally, the Implementation Project Manager will work with the Vendor Program Manager to ensure all implementations with an external vendor is managed from initiation to go-live.

A successful candidate will have experience managing multiple projects simultaneously along with strong knowledge of project and stakeholder management concepts. The candidate will need to oversee and support multiple implementation projects to ensure that implementation milestones are met, gather and report on issues and risks to Wellpartner and CVS leadership, and continuously identify opportunities to improve and streamline the overall implementation process for Wellpartner.

Required Qualifications
3 years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications
5 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of:
• Understanding of the 340B business
• Inner workings of CVS retail and specialty 340B programs
• EDI data interfaces with external sources
• Managing relationship with with external vendors

Skill in:
• Project management certification such as CAPM or PMP

Ability To:
• Influence leadership on implementating improvement opportunities

Education
Bachelor Degree is required
