Job Description
The PCare Quality Specialist will be responsible for providing Operations Quality Control and support of the Medication Therapy Management program. A successful candidate will develop a solid understanding of the Patient-Centered Care program. They will assist with performing Service Observes and monitoring of the Operations team activities. They may also assist with monitoring issue resolution and user acceptance testing support related to EHR system as needed.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 18.50
Maximum: 33.65

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
AZ Pharmacy Technician License
National Pharmacy Certification
6+ Months of Pharmacy Technician Experience

Preferred Qualifications
Preferred 1-2 years' experience in a retail, hospital, managed care or consultant setting with direct patient interaction.
Active Arizona Pharmacy Technician License with PTCB Certification (both in good standing)

Active Arizona Pharmacy Technician License with NHA Certification (both in good standing)

Education
High school
Active Arizona Pharmacy Technician License with PTCB Certification (both in good standing)
