Job Description
Partner with DC leadership team to accomplish the organizations goals and objectives. The Facility Services Manager selects, develops, motivates and oversees a staff of facility maintenance personnel over a two-shift operation.

Responsibilities entail the management of all building electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, fork truck and conveyor equipment repair and preventative maintenance.

Also included is responsibility for utilities, contract/vendor services and procurement of materials and supplies. The Facility Services Manager is also accountable for the management of all supplementary services such as: sanitation, energy and waste management, and landscaping.

Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance to all government-mandated codes/regulations relevant to the physical operation of the facility.

The Facility Services Manager is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the Phoenix Distribution Center. This includes site structures, property and equipment.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 60,300
Maximum: 126,600

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of prior experience in maintenance management in a distribution/manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Eight (8) years' experience in facility maintenance with a good working knowledge of all aspects of the facility services area.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of colleagues.
- Ability to analyze information effectively and consistently.
- Ability to complete assignments within established timelines.

Education
Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
