Job Description

Within CVS Health, the Trade Strategy & Operations team is responsible for innovative offerings for our pharmaceutical manufacturer customers. As Director of Digital Product Management, you will lead execution of the digital product development roadmap of pharmaceutical manufacturer-facing data and operational products.

You will manage a team of Product Managers and partner with engineering and design teams to implement digital products that directly contribute to improving our purchasing economics and revenues from digital products and services.
- Grow your skill set and knowledge base by working alongside talented and passionate teammates from diverse backgrounds as you learn about the pharmaceutical contracting business.
- Launch new digital products and use customer feedback to prioritize the pipeline of new function releases
- Ensure internal product stakeholder needs /expectations are met
- Collaborate with our IT partners in Design and Engineering on a balanced team in an Agile environment using the latest design approaches, technologies, and processes
- Ensure continuous improvement of the platforms and drive resolution of production issues

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 100000
Maximum: 221000

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of owning/managing digital product initiatives
- 8+ years of digital product development life cycle: requirements, road mapping, portfolio management, planning, collaboration with cross-functional teams and product release.
- 3+ years of experience in leadership developing and allocating work for a team of staff members
- 5+ years of experience with Agile
- Able to travel up to 5% for project meetings
- This position will be located out of our offices in Buffalo Grove, IL.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing significant customer facing digital product initiatives.
- Strong product management skills, strong technical knowledge of products and systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with technical experts for services across architecture, design, and engineering.
- Ability to break down technical problems into business and user needs and communicate the problems and solutions across varying levels of stakeholder, from technical to executive.
- Experience in data product and B2B digital tools
- Executive presentation skills via PowerPoint and strong communication

Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent work experience
