Job Description
As a key member of the Digital Operations Team, this position will provide decision support, reporting and analysis to the Digital business. The position will regularly interact with finance and business leaders in the Retail/LTC, PSS and Corporate business segments.

This role is responsible for leading the design, testing and implementing the SAFe Agile resource capitalization project. In addition this role will support restructuring our systems and processes to enable systematic, program-level reporting (e.g. PBM, Retail, Pharmacy, etc.)

1. Lead Digital resource capacity management, and work closely with Digital Finance to ensure accurate forecast and monthly results
2. Lead decision support and analyze development capacity relative to project backlogs
3. Lead continuing efforts to streamline and further harmonize capitalization accounting
4. Create analyses and presentations for senior management and the BoD. Present recommendations and analyses to senior management.
5. Stimulates strategic thinking and solves complex business problems in support of strategic direction
6. Collaborate with the business and finance team to enhance financial reporting & complete ad hoc requests as required

Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in accounting.

Preferred Qualifications
10-years' experience
CPA
Strong Digital background ideal
Familiarity with Agile / SAFe practices ideal

Education
Bachelor Degree
