CVS Pharmacy, a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Richardson, TX: Digital Development Engineer to design and develop digital software applications for web and mobile. Duties include: develop code for responsive customer experience to meet the business requirements; prepare technical design documentation; upgrade the software applications to improve the functionality and features focusing on reliability and maintainability; perform unit testing and automation testing as well as participating in story estimation of the user stories; build and set up the automation framework for both UI and API, conduct system, integration testing and fixing issues; use database to process the data for various healthcare activities; collaborate with cross- functional teams on dependent items on technical requirements; perform code review and quality assurance; and mentor junior team members. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field and two (2) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Requires two (2) years of experience in each of the following: CI/CD, Jenkins, GIT, or DevOps; Java, Python, or Node.js; XML, JSON, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript; Agile methodologies or SAFe Software Development Principles; REST, SOAP, or Web Service APIs; and writing clean, high quality, high performing, scalable code.
