Job Description
bswift is looking for an Associate Director to join our COBRA Team. The primary objective of this position is to manage and inspire bswift's COBRA team to produce client raving fans. The Associate Director of COBRA serves as a leader to ensure the highest level of quality in our COBRA service delivery.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Lead and manage the team (approx 8-10 employees) to achieve individual, team and company goals
• Provide appropriate direction, coaching and feedback to maximize individual and team performance results
• Proactively track and drive open prioritized issues logs to completion, managing internal and external resources to meet all deadlines and resolve issues that arise.
• Continuously refine and improve processes
• Develop and maintain quality assurance processes
• Identify and drive tactical initiatives to improve productivity, client/consumer satisfaction, process improvements, etc.
• Assist in product development & quality assurance efforts as required
• Assist in sales and marketing efforts as needed
• A leadership style that reflects and reinforces bswift core values
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to work nights and weekends when necessary

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 60300
Maximum: 126600

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
• 5+ years Employee Benefits administration experience
• COBRA or Direct Bill knowledge
• Strong people management skills
• Ability to assist and equip others to efficiently solve complex problems
• Technical sytem knowledge working on various platforms
• Strong customer service orientation

Willingness to work nights and weekends when necessary

•10+ years of related industry experience.
