Job Description
Work as a member of the Analytic Development group. Design, development and delivery of analytic solutions for CVS/Caremark's patient care programs and services. Collaborate with business partners from product development and management groups, operations, finance, and marketing departments to demonstrate the value of CVS/Caremark products and services. Support product innovation team, digital team, and Coram product team on various product enhancements that requires advanced analytical input for personalized targeted intervention. Enable data driven strategic decision making for existing product improvements and identify opportunities for development of new products and services. Work with the Coram product team on various product enhancements that requires advanced analytical input for personalized targeted intervention. Coram home infusion services benefits from low hospital readmission rate. Build data models to help CVS/Caremark predict and identify high risk patients prone to readmission so a "transition coach" is assigned for such patients in order to reduce their readmission risk. Translate business needs into analytic questions, using SAS and SQL to access data and develop dynamic data visualizations and dashboards with Tableau. Utilize technical knowledge in SQL, SAS and other statistical tools to pull a vast amount of data from multiple data sources. Design and conduct rigorous statistical analyses of large-scale pharmacy and medical claims data, translating analytic findings for appropriate business and customer audiences; formulating recommendations, and effectively presenting the results to non-analytic audiences. Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyze needs and requirements, including conduct analyses of data, ranging from descriptive ad-hoc analyses to in-depth investigations of healthcare utilization trends/outcomes and present those to senior leaders like Chief Analytical Officer, VP Marketing and VP Pharmacy Operations. Design and implement robust analytic and reporting solutions by constructing and manipulating large datasets using data mining using SAS, SQL and similar tools. Conduct analyses of the data, ranging from descriptive ad-hoc database analyses to in-depth investigations of healthcare utilization trends and outcomes with a variety of advanced statistical modeling approaches, such as regression modeling, time-series analyses, and machine learning techniques, including random forests and ensemble models. Integrate new data sources into existing enterprise data warehouse and data lake by understanding both source and target data attributes; like: demographics, structures, models, etc. Use H2O python module to train machine learning models using generalized linear models, logistic regression, decision tree and XGBoosting trees to predict the outcome of interest. Implementing these models in the CVS/Caremark line of products allows for personalized targeting and experience to help people maintain their medication and overall health on their way to better health. Develop advanced, enterprise level analytic solutions based on available data sources using Predictive Analysis. Predictive models for patient level outcomes provide data on utilization of prescription drug benefits and overall medical services. Perform Predictive Analysis, a lengthy process consisting of seven stages which are project defining, data collection, data analysis, statistics, modeling, deployment, and monitoring using SQL Server tools like SSIS, SSRS and SQL Server Agent and Statistical Analytics tool (SAS).

Required Qualifications
Master's Degree, or foreign equivalent, in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Public Health, Biostatistics, or related field and two (2) years of experience with one or more of the following areas: management consulting, retail/consumer analytics, financial analysis, project management, operations management, healthcare, and marketing. Must also have two (2) years of experience in data visualization tool Tableau; SQL; Python; R; statistical modeling; and machine learning. Telecommuting available. Up to 10% domestic travel required.
