Job Description
Would you like to join Fortune 5 CVS Health leading our dynamic Kidney Care Reimbursement Department?!!! As a Manager you will lead all aspects of the day-to-day operations of A/R teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of all Patient Financial Services (PFS) activities with a focus on driving cash collections and mitigating bad debt. This is a newly created department that requires a leader who is comfortable operating in a startup environment and within an evolving structure.
A successful leader will be able to create a positive work environment for employees through team building, mentor-ship, constructive feedback, work delegation, personal example and goal setting. The leader will encourage creativity, open dialogue on work issues, professional growth, and a consistent, high level of performance.

Fundamental Components:
• Support ongoing resolution of Accounts Receivable through developing vital relationships with national and local payers.
• Responsible for driving the overall cash performance for the organization and supporting operations and sales during payer contracting negotiations. The candidate will work closely with other business executives in IT, legal, sales, finance and accounting and will serve as the primary point of contact for our operations partners on all revenue cycle related matters.
• Lead employee meetings, and handle budget preparation, strategic planning and expense control in areas assigned.

Required Qualifications
Minimum 7 years of experience in healthcare finance, third-party and receivables management
Minimum 5 years of management experience in Revenue Cycle operations and employee development.

Preferred Qualifications
Kidney Care or Dialysis experience
System development, audit, program implementation, operations integration and staff training
Bachelors Degree/Masters Degree

Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
