Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
-Must be located in Maricopa county or surrounding area and commute to AZ office location if needed

-Possess effective telephone and problem identification and
- Medicare and Medicaid Knowledge
- Ability to use different computer programs (i.e. Microsoft Office)
-Strong organizational skills
-Able to work independently
-Able to work alternate hours (i.e. Overtime, Saturdays)
High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience
