We are seeking a QA Analyst to join our growing IT organization. The QA Analyst will work collaboratively with our Application Delivery team and business units and be responsible for the planning and execution of testing on various applications and software. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver with excellent communication and critical thinking skills. This is a great opportunity to join our innovative and growing company!

Key Responsibilities

  • Support all testing efforts including functional, system integration, and regression testing across web, mobile, and desktop applications and systems
  • Review requirements and acceptance criteria for testability; collaborate with the IT Application Delivery team to determine the most effective testing strategy
  • Develop and document test plans, test scenarios, and test cases
  • Develop test automation and data input scripts using UiPath, VB, and REST APIs
  • Document and report defects; coordinate with appropriate resources to ensure proper tracking and resolution of all defects
  • Verify end-user expectations are met during the testing process as well as post-implementation
  • Conduct research and proactively make recommendations to improve tools and techniques
  • Participate in Scrum activities

Job Requirements/Experience

  • BS degree in computer science or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience as a QA analyst/tester
  • 1+ years of experience with test automation applications
  • Strong knowledge of testing best practices and methodologies, including the ability to perform requirements tracing and validations during testing
  • Working knowledge of full lifecycle application development
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word

Nice to have experience

  • UI test automation and tools (Selenium, UI Path, etc.)
  • Experience testing Salesforce, e-commerce, and workflow-driven systems
  • Ability to write SQL for data retrieval, test data preparation, and validation
  • Scrum and/or Kanban experience
