PHARMACY TECHNICIAN- PART TIME
SIERRA TUCSON HOSPITAL
Hours: This position will work 20 hours per week, working 10 hour shifts with varying hours.
As a Comprehensive Pharmacy Services (CPS) Pharmacy Technician you will assist with various pharmacy activities under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. Responsibilities include preparing, delivering, and restocking medications; performing order entry; procuring drugs; billing; and auditing patient records. You will carry out your job duties according to written procedures and guidelines based on pharmacy standards and regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for the accurate and timely completion of your daily job duties and responsibilities.

The Pharmacy is centralized and currently open daily from 8:00am - 1:30am and managed by Comprehensive Pharmacy Services (CPS). All Pharmacy staff are CPS employees.
- High school diploma or GED
- State of Arizona Pharmacy Technician license in good standing
- PTCB Certification preferred
- Valid AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card
- At least six months (beyond the externship) current or recent employment as a Pharmacy Technician in a hospital or retail setting
