Job Summary: The Nurse Assistant II not only performs patient care tasks under the supervision and direction of the Registered Nurse, but also performs Unit Assistant duties. In addition to providing for patient's personal hygiene and activities of daily living, this role also provides a variety of receptionist, clerical and unit duties for an assigned patient care unit.
Minimum Education High school graduate required. Successful completion of nursing assistant course or the equivalent. Completion of a Medical Terminology Course preferred.Minimum Work Experience Previous acute care experience preferred Required Licenses [Ohio, United States] Nursing Aides
Current Ohio STNA license preferred
Current A.H.A. (American Heart Association) Healthcare Provider Training (obstructed airway adult, child, infant, adult CPR, child CPR, infant CPR and AED training) certification required Required Skills
