- Prepares, Seasons, and Cooks soups, meats, vegetables, and other food items
- May bake bread, rolls, cakes etc.
- Equivalent of 10th grade education
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Professional experience: 1-3years preferably in a healthcare facility is preferred
- Food safety course is preferred
- Good communication, interpersonal, organizational skills are required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs maximum with frequent lifting/carrying of items up to 25 lbs
- Extensive or prolonged standing/walking and frequent stooping, bending , reaching or crouching
- Occasional speaking in person, on the phone, or in public is necessary
