CHS has an exciting opportunity in our Country Operation retail division. We are looking for a Retail Store Specialist to assist with the responsibility of all aspects of the store operations. You must have excellent customer service and communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ensure an excellent level of customer service and store standards are maintained.
- Perform shift and daily paper work, conduct banking functions, and place orders.
- Be able to multitask in order to help store associates with all aspects of their job duties.
- Cultivate and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.
High school diploma or GED
2 plus years of retail experience
Able to lift 50 lbs. Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications: (desired)
Retail and farm experience
General Automotive knowledge
Experience with Eagle by Epicor suite of products and Pinnacle Palm Pump Control Software
