Our International Team is rapidly expanding in the U.S. We need to hire a Sales Engineer immediately based in Chicago.. As a Sales Engineer you will play a key part in the sales cycle for this Saas Cloud based system that integrates with the Salesforce CRM. Interface with customers and internal departments, coordinate customer trials, setup and attend demos while providing fast and comprehensive support to the Sales team. Delivery of technical presentations to technical and non-technical audiences from engineering resources through to C-Level executives. Coordinate product trials as well as first line technical support. Responsible for the implementation of new Sales Engineering processes. Experience - 5-15 years of successfully working in a Pre-Sales, Sales, Application or Systems Engineering role. A comfort and ease with delivering technical presentations to technical and non-technical audiences from engineering resources through to C-Level executives. Experience with a CRM, preferably Salesforce. Technical understanding of the following areas would be very beneficial: SaaS (Software as a service), Cloud Technology, Cisco, VoIP, VPN, LAN or WAN Networking, Understanding technical issues involved with a VOIP Service Provider or in a Telco environment. Working knowledge of Network Protocols. Able to regularly travel domestically and on occasion internationally.
