Description

Role and Responsibilities
● Retention: retain your customers and work to expand total revenue by ensuring full trial utilization
● Outcome Definition and Achievement: have clear outcomes with defined and measurable
success criteria in place, then track those outcomes and work with the customer to take credit once they are achieved
● Satisfaction: create customers that are highly satisfied and have the appropriate experience at all times. Partner with Implementation, Sales, Support and Product to maintain appropriate levels of communication with the customer
● Adoption: Ensure customers are fully adopted, from a user and trial standpoint
● Accountability: Take accountability for the success of your customers—know how to deliver
success and work internally and externally to make that happen

Qualifications and Requirements
● Experience working directly with customers to define and meet objectives across complex,
political organization
● Experience with enterprise-level clients
● Experience building relationships and gaining trust in politically motivated, complex organizations
● Experience with a company that has a strategy of high value that involves a focused consultative approach is preferred
● Aligned, collaborative, and open to having someone else provide the required judgment if it's the most effective solution based on years of team learning
● Experience and/or certification in SalesForce and Yesware is not necessary but desirable
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced ambiguous environment, adapting quickly to change
● Excellent analytical, documentation, organizational, and written and oral communication skills
● BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in business, customer-facing, account management or consulting experience
