Holiday Bonus Pay ProgramHourly Store Associates will be eligible to receive an additional $2.00 per hour for every hour worked on the following dates: • November 20, 21 • November 26, 27, 28 • December 4, 5 • December 11, 12 • December 18, 19 • December 26 *Please note that you must remain a buybuy Baby Associate through December 27, 2021. Key Responsibilities: Manages associate's performance, progression and annual review writing and administering in partnership with the Store Manager for direct reports Assigns tasks, follows up and monitors results Assists associates to provide increased service to customers in response to specific needs and requests Troubleshoots and provides solutions for customer complaints, escalating to management when necessary Performs additional duties as required including, but not limited to, stocking, freight processing, price changes, cart retrieval, break room and restroom housekeeping Decisions are guided by policies, procedures and the store's business plan; receives guidance and oversight from store management Demonstrates commitment to the organization by maintaining regular, on site attendance, is reliable and follows through with responsibilities Accepts accountability to follow all safety and security procedures for self and others Immediately reports unsafe conditions Education/Experience/Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent 5-6 years of retail experience desired, including team lead experience in operational or customer-facing roles Readily adjusts schedule, tasks, and priorities when necessary to meet business needs
