Subcontract Administrator, Senior

The Opportunity:

As a Subcontract Administrator, you will use your sharp negotiation and organizational skills to manage the execution, administration and management of critical documents and programs. We need you to bring your subcontract management talents and strengths to our specialized Other Transaction (OT) subcontracts team, where you'll be a valuable collaborator who brings your “outside of the box” creative solutions to some of Booz Allen's more complex problems.

As a Subcontracts Administrator on our team, you'll use your pricing, compliance, financial analysis, program management, problem solving, risk mitigation and subcontracting skills to capture, execute, and manage a diverse range of proposals and contracts in support of some of the Firm's newest and most exciting opportunities for prototypes and production support.  In this role, you'll touch and manage every stage of the acquisition lifecycle. You'll review and analyze solicitations for requirements and potential risks, consult proposal teams on teammate proposal strategies, and advise leadership on potential risk mitigation processes and techniques.

As a trusted business partner, you'll collaborate with other stakeholders throughout the company on the negotiation and administration of subcontracts and their respective programs. You'll also use your analytical skills to negotiate favorable terms and conditions for Subcontract Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, and Teaming Agreements to the benefit of Booz Allen and its clients. At Booz Allen, you'll work with a collaborative team where you'll leverage your acquisition knowledge to make a positive impact. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.

Join us. The world can't wait.
