Security Architecture Leader
Key Role:
Provide leadership, delivery, and direction to a growing team of Cyber security professionals making an impact on the firmâs growth across multiple verticals. Develop and lead the execution of Cyber capabilities and solutions to address the issues that most concern financial services, energy, highâtech manufacturing, retail, health, and transportation industries. Craft and deploy a Cyber security architecture capability set, addressing the security of critical digital assets and infrastructures within each of these verticals. Support the capture and execution of Cyber security engagements across Booz Allenâs commercial verticals and build and leverage relationships in each market to advance the firmâs business objectives. Apply Booz Allenâs Cyber capabilities and solutions to address the clientâs strategic, risk management, and regulatory requirements and build long-term strategies to ensure critical digital assets are secure. Work actively to enhance the diversity and knowledge across the verticals that will be addressed and play a lead role in attracting, developing, and retaining Cyber security talent. Apply deep understanding of enterprise and cloud infrastructure technologies.
Basic Qualifications:Â
12+ years of experience in enterprise estate engineering, operations, or management
10+ years of experience with cyber security, Infrastructure, and enterprise information technology
8+ years of experience in Security Architecture or Engineering
5+ years of experience working across either Financial Services, Health or Life Science, or Manufacturing
Experience creating reference architectures across multiple infrastructure arrays
Knowledge of security frameworks that inform risk and design considerations
Bachelorâs degree
Additional Qualifications:
4+ years of experience working with Cloud Service Providers, including AWS, GCP, and Azure
1+ years of experience in consulting, including defining, establishing, and leading business development and solution delivery with commercial clients in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA), Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) or Secure Service Edge (SSE), and Software Defined Networking technologies, such as NSX, SDWAN, ACI, Illumio, and SDDC
Ability to leverage client relationships at senior levels within the market across key stakeholders

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individualâs particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $134,600.00 to $250,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allenâs total compensation package for employees.Work Model
