As a scrum master, you're passionate about outcomes and supporting a development team that's modernizing critical projects. You know the importance of Agile best practices and how to combat challenges early to get work done.
On our team, you'll coach a development team to achieve its highest performance level, while ensuring the scrum project is successfully progressed. You'll work on unusually complex problems, introduce leading-edge concepts, and provide highly innovative solutions to your team and key stakeholders. Using tools like Jira and Confluence, you'll strengthen sustainable process improvements to help your team accomplish sprint planning and reviews. This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and working remotely.
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or with leading agile teams
Experience with Information Technology
Experience with projects using Scaled Agile Framework
Experience with Jira and implementing Agile techniques in a software delivery environment
Experience working directly with government clients
Experience with setting up sprints, running reports, and creating queries
Ability to support a technical delivery lead in decomposition sessions to determine next steps for feature development
Ability to write user stories or structure user stories for software features
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

Salary for this position is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, the candidate's particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, as well as contract specific affordability and organizational requirements. The proposed salary range for this position is outlined below.
Colorado: $100,900 - $210,700 (annualized USD)
New York (including New York City): $107,200 - $257,500 (annualized USD)
