Program Analyst, Mid
Key Role:
Work in a fast-paced and challenging environment supporting a Navy Program Management Office charged with developing, fielding, and sustaining underwater sensors for US Navy vessels. Engage Navy clients and teammates daily by working in a collaborative environment to solve complex problems facing system acquisition and operations and sustainment activities. Work independently on researching and exploring prospective courses of action, drive innovation into integrated product teams, and build working relationships across the stakeholder community to broaden your understanding and deepen your knowledge of underwater sensors. Employ program and project management expertise and talents to develop financial management, acquisition, briefs, and other program documents for Senior Navy, DoD, and Legislative officials. This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and working remotely.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with project management, managing project budgets, controlling costs, managing support team staff, and product delivery
Experience with managing tasks across multiple organizations and stakeholder community
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Able to work in a team environment, take direction from government clients and task supervisors, and develop written products to meet contract required deadlines
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with Navy Program Office, OPNAV Resource Sponsor Office, Systems Command Program Office, Field Activities, or large Fleet staff
Experience with the military planning, programming, budgeting, and execution process
Experience with developing formal and ad hoc briefing materials to be used up to and including Navy Flag and Senior Civilian Executives
Master's degree
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Clearance:

Salary for this position is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, the candidate's particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, as well as contract specific affordability and organizational requirements. The proposed salary range for this position is outlined below.
Colorado: $55,100 - $115,100 (annualized USD)
New York (including New York City): $58,600 - $140,700 (annualized USD)
