Naval IT Project Management Specialist, Mid

The Challenge:

We have an opportunity for an IT project analyst to join our team in support of a Department of Navy (DON) Program Executive Office (PEO) IT services portfolio focused on Digital Transformation. You'll work with engineering leadership in cross-functional teams to translate technical concepts and integrate artifacts with overarching program deliverables while ensuring adherence to the service delivery operating model. Additionally, you will coordinate formal reviews, support roadmap development, prepare stakeholder briefs, and coordinate and respond to internal and external data calls.

You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience with project management
  • Experience with developing senior level briefs, whitepapers, technical reports, and analysis
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with supporting a DoD Acquisition Program Office
  • Knowledge of systems engineering and technical review processes
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, adjust to shifting priorities, and solve problems quickly
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with supporting a Navy PMO
  • Experience with IT management
  • Experience with supporting DoD Acquisition Category (ACAT) or Business Category (BCAT) programs

Salary for this position is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, the candidate's particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, as well as contract specific affordability and organizational requirements. The proposed salary range for this position is outlined below.

Colorado: $55,000 - $121,500 (annualized USD)
New York (including New York City): $58,500 - $140,600 (annualized USD)

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
