Material Requirements Developer
Key Role:
Conduct research studies, wargames, experiments, Cost Benefit Analyses, Analyses of Alternatives, and force development analyses to inform the development of concepts and capabilities. Research the Army Strategic Planning Guidance and the Army Modernization Plan to identify high-level priorities that may impact the Capabilities Needs Analysis (CNA). Conduct Functional Area Analysis, Functional Needs Analysis, Functional Solutions Analysis, produce product reports, and integrate these outputs into policy. This position is located at Fort Sill, OK.
Basic Qualifications:
-Experience as an Officer in the Army as a ranking O4 or higher
-Experience with the English language
-Knowledge of Field Artillery or Air Defense Artillery
-Knowledge of the CNA Process
-Knowledge of Fires capability gaps
-Knowledge of Fires Warfighting Functions
-Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with creating White Papers
-Experience with the Fires CDID
-Knowledge of the DOTMLPF-P Process
-Knowledge of JCIDS
-MA or MS degree
-PMP Certification
Clearance:
