Legal Program Analyst

Key Role:

Provide analytical and support services for attorneys. Apply advanced consulting or extensive technical expertise and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction and mentor and supervise team members. This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and working remotely.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience with legal research, writing, and analysis
  • Experience with using HPE Content Manager (HPECM) or document management software
  • Experience with using Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to assist attorneys with advising clients on various legal topics, including contracting, privacy issues, employment law, patent claims, and ethics
  • Ability to provide comprehensive support to government clients
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while developing high quality, error free deliverables
  • Ability to edit attorney work products and provide general feedback to attorneys
  • Possession of excellent prioritizing skills to complete tasks

  • Master's degree

Salary for this position is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, the candidate's particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, as well as contract specific affordability and organizational requirements. The proposed salary range for this position is outlined below.

Colorado: $69,100 - $144,400 (annualized USD)

New York (including New York City): $73,400 - $176,400 (annualized USD)
