Knowledge Manager, Mid

Key Role:

Assists with aligning processes and technology to enable information sharing between analysts and organizations for analytic production. Uses centralized and peripheral databases, content management, records management systems and shapes workflow and processes. Compile reports on performance and usage metrics and future requirements for existing knowledge management capabilities including, but not limited to, search, discovery, storage and retrieval of data and formal production and taskings. Disseminates intelligence products across separate networks and portals.

Basic Qualification:  

• Experience with providing knowledge management support to enable information sharing among analysts and organizations by shaping workflow/processes

• Knowledge of various Government-furnished systems and programs such as Microsoft SharePoint to search, discover, store, and retrieve data

• Ability to use Government-furnished tools to build, update, and maintain databases to produce stand along products and support all source analytic production

• Ability to develop metrics from designated databases or data sets

• Ability to ensure proper security protocols are used to protect classified, proprietary, and personally identified information

• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam

• Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of experience in knowledge management in lieu of a degree

• Ability to take poorly defined problems and convert them into questions for which practical solutions can be defined

• Ability to pay strict attention to detail

• Ability to be flexible, take initiative, and innovate to succeed in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment

Clearance:  

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
