Cyber Solutions Developer
Architect, develop, and operationalize software solutions and systems that perform cyber data analytics at scale in a variety of technology platforms. Apply advanced consulting skills and/or extensive technical expertise; full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction; mentor and may supervise team members.
5+ years of experience with architecting, integrating, and developing software systems, including Java, JEE, Python, Scala, or Node
Experience with service-oriented architecture (SOA) development and designing and implementing RESTful Web services
Knowledge of scripting languages, including Python, Node, Ruby, or Bash
Knowledge of all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC) using Agile methods
Ability to interact with Cloud infrastructure providers, including Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, or Google Cloud
Ability to learn technical concepts quickly and create verbal and written communication products for multiple functional groups
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
DoD IAT or IAM Level I Compliant
Experience with large-scale, distributed systems design and development
Knowledge of certification and accreditation processes for enterprise government solutions
Knowledge of DevOps methods and tools, including Jenkins, Git, SVN, Jira, Cucumber, Docker, or Vagrant
Knowledge of scaling, performance, and scheduling
Knowledge of system architecture, including process, memory, storage, and networking management
