Cyber Operations Instructor
Review all lessons, material, labs, exercises, and instruction from a student's point of view to ensure they impart the maximum amount of value in the minimum amount of time. Analyze the development of a mission task list, training task list, standardized training plan, training needs analysis, and training system requirements analysis. Work with internal and external SMEs to incorporate new material into current or new courseware. Work with other schools, institutions, and industry or government agencies, including government, academia, or foreign governments to identify and implement new information applicable to specific courses or lessons. Coordinate course or lesson changes. Provide high quality, technical instruction to formal training unit (FTU) adult learners on principles and practical application of basic cyber operations.
Experience with Instructional Systems Design (ISD)
Knowledge of defensive and offensive Cyber operations effects
Knowledge of defensive and offensive Cyber tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs)
AA or AS degree
DoD 8140 Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level II Certification, including Sec+, GSEC, or CySA+
Experience with Cyber operations or the intelligence community
BA or BS degree
