Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer
Everyone is trying to “harness the power of the cloud,” but not everyone knows how. As a cloud infrastructure support engineer, you know how to deploy and maintain cloud-based technical architectures that meet customer needs and take advantage of the latest cloud capabilities. What if you could use your cloud architecture skills to migrate hundreds of applications to a common cloud infrastructure? We need you to help us deploy and optimize cloud-based solutions for some of DoD's toughest challenges.
As a cloud infrastructure support engineer on our team, you'll deploy, support, and continually optimize secure, cloud-based environments on multiple network in support of mission critical operations. You'll recommend tools and capabilities based on your research and knowledge of various on-premise, cloud-based, and hybrid resources. You'll work as part of our team as we help the customer overcome their most difficult challenges in the cloud. Your technical expertise will be vital as you work to ensure standards are met throughout the cloud migration process. This is an opportunity to use the latest cloud technologies as you look for ways to improve our customer's environment using current cloud capabilities. You'll be able to sharpen your skills in AWS and site reliability engineering while developing critical systems for DoD. You'll identify new opportunities to build cloud-based solutions to help your customers meet their evolving needs. Join our team as we transform warfighter systems with cloud technology.

-5+ years of experience with supporting operations and maintenance for secure information management systems
-Experience with Linux operating systems and command-line interfaces
-Experience with scripting languages, including Bash, Ansible, or YAML
-Experience with the Windows operating system and Active Directory
-HS diploma or GED
-Ability to obtain DoD 8570 or 8140 IAT Level II Certification, including Security+ Certification or within 90 days of start date
Nice If You Have:
-Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
-Experience with Kubernetes or Docker
-Experience with Atlassian tool suite, including JIRA and Confluence
-Experience with Agile development techniques and ceremonies
-Knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering concepts
-BA or BS degree in CS or IT
-DoD 8570 or 8140 IAT Level II Certification, including Security+ Certification
