Audiovisual Support Engineer
Perform as part of a team that provides technical support, consulting, integration project management, and maintenance support for Booz Allen and client facilities. Use significant experience in the audiovisual field, including VTC, collaboration, and real-time event support. Work with other Booz Allen staff organizations to provide technical support for internal meeting and collaboration spaces, conferences, and other hoteling resources. Maintain advanced networking and IT skills. Interact with and provide support regularly for government clients and other high-level executives. Leverage training opportunities to learn new skills, maintain a high level of industry knowledge, and pass that training on to others. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
-2 years of experience with technical audiovisual (AV)
-2 years of experience with performing hands-on technical aspects of audiovisual and control system equipment
-2 years of experience with VTC or Webcasting
-2 years of experience with information technology
-HS diploma or GED
-Ability to obtain CTS or CTS-I certification within 6 months of hire
-BA or BS degree
-CTS or CTS-I certification
