Air Operations Center Requirements Specialist
Serve as an Air Operations Center Specialist to support the Air Force client. Compose, analyze, and evaluate Continuity of Operations (COOP) Concept of Operations (CONOPS) mission planning documents. Analyze National Security Presidential Directives and other national policies and procedures for mission execution. Prepare risk and threat assessments for a multitude of options across a wide range of events and situations. Draft a decision matrix for solving complex design, transition, integration, and continuity problems. Revise requirements for essential functions, orders of succession, delegation of authority, facilities, communications, records management, personnel skillsets, devolution of control, and reconstitution.
- 6+ years of experience with staff in working with a Numbered Air Force, or Joint Global Operations Center, or MAJCOM-level or higher
- Experience with Concept of Operations
- Knowledge of Continuity of Operations
- Ability to draft and edit documents, including briefings, point, background, white papers, and slide presentations
- Top Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
