Workforce Planning and Analytics, Lead
Lead one or more consulting engagements to understand, analyze, develop, and recommend Human Resource (HR) solutions. Leverage leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts. Contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Execute work on unusually complex problems and provides highly innovative solutions. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed actions or decisions and mentor or supervise employees in both firm and technical competencies.
-Experience with projects spanning a broad array of human capital functional areas, including onboarding, learning, and development policy
-Knowledge of advanced workforce and talent planning processes and data analysis techniques
-Ability to use advanced functionality in Microsoft Office, including Excel
-Ability to thrive while operating autonomously in a fast-paced environment, with limited guidance
-Ability to adapt while collaborating and facilitating on network and team influence
-Ability to perform complex qualitative and quantitative analysis, synthesis findings, and create data visualizations
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree and 18+ years of experience or MA or MS degree and 10+ years of experience
-Experience with the application of Agile HR operational concepts
-Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau to communicate quantitative HR data insights
-Experience with developing dashboards, scorecards, and reports that effectively depict complex and data-driven information in a concise and meaningful manner
-Experience with collecting and reporting data from disparate HR data systems and reporting meaningful trend analysis and other insights
-Experience in providing short- and long-term talent forecasting, identifying areas of concern, and providing leadership with recommended actions for improvement
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
