Test and Evaluation Engineer
Help clients comprehend the functionality and performance of Electronic Warfare systems. Create evaluations that use statistical data to design the most efficient and effective tests. Test a full range of functions in operationally representative scenarios to ensure optimal readiness of US Navy Electronic Warfare and Counter ISR systems. Provide test reports with recommendations that reflect real world understanding of system capabilities and limitations.
-10+ years of experience with supporting Electronic Warfare systems for the US Navy
-10+ years of experience in interfacing with clients, customers, stakeholders, or end users
-10+ years of experience with Development, Test. and Evaluation, including supporting Electronic Warfare systems
-5+ years of experience with leading Test and Evaluation teams
-5+ years of experience with supporting C-ISR technologies and programs
-Experience with generating Test and Evaluation strategies and procedures for Electronic Warfare systems
-Knowledge of hardware and software development for the US Navy
-Top Secret clearance
-HS diploma or GED
-3+ years of experience with Airborne Electronic Warfare systems
-2+ years of experience with Test and Evaluation, including supporting the US Navy's AN/SLQ-32(V)6 Shipboard Electronic Warfare System
-Experience with developmental testing of US Navy systems, including System Operational Verification Testing (SOVT) activities
-Experience with basic research and development
-Experience with ISO or a process control system
-Ability to estimate and cost test and support activities accurately
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-AS degree in an Electronics, Engineering, or Science field
