Imagery Analysis and Analytic Deployer Level 1 Instructor
Deliver in-resident and distance learning instructional programs in accordance with course requirements. Use instructional methods, including guided discussions, lectures, demonstrations, small group exercises, seminars, workshops, and laboratories. Employ instructional technology in instruction and training, including Blackboard. Conduct assessment strategy in accordance with the course design, including instructor observation, testing, and grading and provide formal and informal student feedback. Provide subject matter expertise throughout the curriculum creation process, including content review and feedback to development staff. Teach instructional courses and apply experience with developing and delivering technical training and educational courses in academic, commercial, government, or industrial organizations. Leverage experience with GEOINT sciences, technology, and data science.
-Experience as an instructor and trainer in GEOINT and one of the following areas: multiple military- or intelligence-related identification and analysis
-Knowledge of GEOINT tradecraft and learning
-Knowledge of Cedalion and Remote View software packages and NGA, DoD, federal, and commercial data sources, standards, and models
-Knowledge of national imagery exploitation processes, policies, and intelligence production cycles
-Knowledge of the principles and applications of geographic information systems, digital image processing systems, collections, and sensor phenomenology
-Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
Active TS/SCI clearance required; willingness to take a polygraph exam
-HS diploma or GED and 6 years of experience with instruction, science, intelligence analysis, and technology or BA or BS degree and 3 years of experience with instruction, science, intelligence analysis, and technology
-Experience with Deployment Teaching Deployer Training Instructors, supporting a GEOINT mission, and supporting the NGA mission at a site external to customer base, including OCO-related deployment, Disaster and Humanitarian Relief support within the past 24 months
-Experience as an in-resident and distance learning instructor for a USG agency
-Course Instruction or Teaching Certification
