Provide troubleshooting and engineering analysis to ensure the proper operation and performance of customer products and services. Conduct engineering analysis and ensure the quality of service to the organization's customers. Apply basic principles, theories, and concepts to job assignments. Exhibit technical and operational proficiency solving problems of moderate complexity. Contribute to completion of projects and programs in the area of expertise. Interface with internal and external customers.
-Experience with technical document generation, applying mathematical or scientific rigor to validate or verify opinions or hypotheses in concise and readable formats
-Experience with conducting research on known and unknown topics and presenting results and findings
-Experience with customer or client service industries
-Knowledge of basic analytical and engineering principles
-Knowledge of basic systems engineering processes or guidelines
-Ability to work independently and as part of a highly technical and dynamic team
-Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both and oral written forms
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree
-BA or BS degree in a science, engineering, or related technical field preferred; MA or MS degree in a science, engineering, or related technical field a plus
