Cybersecurity Strategic Planning and Policy Development Analyst, Senior
Engage with senior DoD policy makers and support the analyses, assessment, and implementation of Cybersecurity policy, guidance, requirements, and standards. Develop supporting analyses, briefings, papers, and spreadsheets for senior DoD clients. Communicate with stakeholders to increase comprehension of and adherence to Cybersecurity standards, policies, and plans. Provide all levels of support for working group facilitation, execution, and reports. Maintain responsibility for requirements analysis, metrics development and reporting, and other technical writing and analysis activities. Provide work leadership to junior employees.
-8+ years of experience with DoD policies and regulations
-8+ years of experience with program management practices
-2+ years of experience with Cybersecurity policy making
-Experience with writing or drafting executive or formal senior-level correspondence
-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
-Experience with briefing clients and team members on technical, policy, and functional issues
-TS/SCI clearance required
-BA or BS degree
-Experience with the Military preferred
-Experience with supporting senior-level organizations
-Experience with the development of DoD-level policies, strategies, or equivalent issuances
-Experience with risk analysis
-Knowledge of NIST 800 series publications
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-Possession of excellent organizational skills
