Cybersecurity/SecOps Architect and Consulting Principal/Leader

Key Role:

Lead the development and integration of innovative Cybersecurity solutions and service offerings to protect federal networks and automate labor intensive security processes and activities. Act as a strategic advisor and align solutions with business needs, create innovative approaches to address client requirements, and build collaborative internal and external relationships with clients and business partners. Coordinate regularly with senior clients, including CIOs, CISOs, security operations center (SOC) leaders, and other Cybersecurity leaders to help address strategic and operational challenges and shape opportunities to implement solutions and service offerings by leveraging investments and proven capabilities, developing and managing relationships with strategic Cybersecurity product vendors, and identifying and executing partner and go-to-market strategies. Lead development of Cybersecurity operations strategies, solutions, architectures, and frameworks addressing complex mission challenges. Play a lead role in attracting, developing, and retaining diverse Cybersecurity operations-focused talent. Partner directly with capture and delivery teams to architect and integrate innovative Cyber fusion center and SOC incident response, automation, and orchestration, threat modeling and intelligence, and threat hunting concepts, solutions, and approaches to solve complex Cybersecurity operations challenges.

Basic Qualifications:

-12+ years of experience with leading large-scale Cybersecurity programs and operations in complex organizations

-5+ years of experience with architecting, implementing, and integrating Cybersecurity systems, solutions, and tools within federal organizations, Cyber programs, and SOCs, including capturing, winning, and standing-up or transitioning a Cyber operations support contract

-Experience delivering solutions in threat intelligence, incident response, forensics, and Cyber analytics

-Ability to work with senior leaders and executives to foster positive client relationships

-Ability to effectively collaborate with project and proposal teams to incorporate Cybersecurity solutions and develop high quality implementation plans and roadmaps

-Experience with leading research, analysis, and product selection for the implementation of Cybersecurity tools and solutions

-Ability to author technical documentation and whitepapers or blogs on Cybersecurity topics and concepts

-Experience with managing the implementation and operations of mission critical systems against cost, schedule, scope, and quality metrics

-BA or BS degree

-Information Security Certification, including CEH, GCIH, GREM, CISM, or CISSP Certification

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with innovative Cybersecurity products and capabilities, including automation and orchestration, Machine Learning and AI, and Big Data

-Experience leading complex technical project delivery with large federal, DOD, intelligence or commercial clients in a fast-paced environment

-Experience with capture of market opportunities engaging in all aspects of the business development life cycle, including marketing, price-to-win strategy, teaming, and proposal development that results in a winning strategy

-Experience with presenting Cybersecurity topics at forums and events

-Experience with the business development life cycle and solution selling methodologies navigating federal acquisition regulation (FAR) and non-FAR based client organizations, acquisition contracts, and agreements

-Ability to grow revenue through client relationship building, shaping client needs, and successful task order proposals within the context of Cybersecurity

-Ability to execute on all phases of a large, multi-year capture effort, including strategic planning, teaming, preparing winning proposals, marketing, and competitive price-to-win analyses

-Ability to develop and foster relationships with large and small businesses in the federal and commercial Cyber market, including teaming contacts

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-BA or BS degree in a technical, Cybersecurity, or management field preferred; MA or MS degree in a technical or management field is a plus
