Counterproliferation Intelligence Analyst, Lead

As a Senior Counterproliferation Analyst, you'll use your specialized tradecraft and your attention to detail to develop national intelligence products and analytic assessments to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. As an intelligence analyst on our team, you'll help your client understand their counterproliferation networks through structured research using multiple mediums and tool suites. Using your comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms, you'll explore new data sources, build effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources including multi-intelligence databases. You'll validate information and develop tradecraft as you build assessments for homeland security. As the authority on your analysis, your client will look to you for time critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise and broaden your skillset into areas like collection of data for chemicals, biologics, and countering WMDs and their proliferation. You'll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you'll have resources to learn new skills and tools. You'll review, analyze, and execute intelligence products for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) focused on countering WMDs, threats, and counterproliferation using advanced all source analytic capabilities. You'll provide executive-level advice and counsel to client leadership on all intelligence-related matters. You'll lead and manage intelligence production efforts across the DHS Enterprise and Interagency. -10+ years of experience with providing intelligence analysis for an intelligence agency in an analyst role, including multi-intelligence countering WMD or counter-proliferation production or intelligence analysis
-Experience with the usage of multi-intelligence databases
-Experience with countering WMDs, threat networks, or counter-proliferation
-BA or BS degree
Nice If You Have:
-Experience with the DHS, including its planning process preferred
-Experience with the military
-Experience with the terminology used in the collection of data for chemicals, biologics, and countering WMDs and their counterproliferation
-MA or MS degree
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
