Counterintelligence and Human Intelligence Analyst, Mid

As an intelligence analyst, you use your specialized technical and military experience and your attention to detail to develop reports, intelligence products, and analytic assessments to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to support our warfighters in the Republic of Korea, protect our national security by supporting counterintelligence investigations, and inform our nation's leaders on key threats to US interests.
As an intelligence analyst on our team, you'll help your client understand their operational landscape, mission environment, and potential threats. Using your understanding of various collection platforms, you'll explore new data sources, build effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources, including human intelligence (HUMINT), signals intelligence (SIGINT), geospatial intelligence (GEOINT), open source intelligence (OSINT), measurement and signal intelligence (MASINT), and open source disciplines. You'll validate information and apply client tradecraft as you build assessments for warfighters, senior policy makers, internal client publications, and US intelligence community (IC)-wide products. As the authority on your target set, your client will look to you for time critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise, develop new skills in the counterintelligence and HUMINT fields, and share your methodologies with other analysts. -3+ years of experience with all source analysis
-Knowledge of counterintelligence and HUMINT operations
-Ability to write analytic assessments, interactive information retrieval (IIR) evaluations, and source-directed requirements (SDRs)
-Ability to present briefings to senior-level military and civilian leaders
-HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
-Experience with using PROTON and VOLTRON intelligence tools
-Ability to sort through large amounts of intelligence reports to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies
-BA or BS degree preferred
-Current PMP Certification preferred
