Compensation Analyst, Senior
Leverage subject matter expertise as a compensation consultant, including working as part of a dynamic team of consultants performing quantitative and qualitative compensation analyses to resolve a wide range of compensation and data analytics challenges in a highly impactful role within a client HR organization. Act as an external consultant and part of a team that influences the client's direction towards reward programs to meet current and future business needs to ensure pay programs support the organization's strategic objectives. Develop predictive models and guide decision makers towards optimal system and service design. Leverage analytical methodologies and expertise to execute project tasks. Apply expertise in quantitative and qualitative analyses, optimization, data visualization, and processes. Support information management, report generation, data visualizations, and methodology development. Participate in the verification and validation of models and tools.
-Experience with using one or more of the following for data analyses: VBA, Microsoft Excel, R, Python, Tableau, or SAS
-Experience with presenting complex information to non-technical audiences
-Experience with HR technologies, including complex HRIS systems and a track record of creating or maintaining organizational effectiveness, analysis, and planning tools
-Knowledge of the external market landscape, including planning design strategies
-Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
-Ability to contribute to the development and implementation of strategic and complex compensation plans that align with evolving corporate strategies and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
-Ability to apply probability and statistical techniques to analyze large and complex data sets and conduct the development and application of optimization models to support independent assessments of studies, analyses, reports, and cost estimates
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
-HS/GED and 5+ years of experience with working in a professional environment using critical thinking and critical analysis in one or more of the following fields: compensation analysis, data mining and optimization, statistics, or data visualization
-Experience with executive compensation programs
-Experience with developing data visualizations in Tableau
-Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including DCAA and dealing with DCAA or any regulatory body on compensation matters
-Knowledge of federal human resources policies and processes
-Knowledge of talent acquisition challenges in specialist skills areas, including technical, Cybersecurity, and data science
-Possession of excellent critical thinking, leadership, analysis, and data gathering skills
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to story tell
-BA or BS degree preferred; MA, MS, or MBA degree a plus
