Cloverstack/R3 Intelligence Analyst

Key Role:

Provide the client with headquarters-based support for the planning and implementation of traditional foreign intelligence collection, counterintelligence (CI), non-traditional intelligence community (IC) operations, and technical operations. Combine specialized targeting and expertise in advanced analytics, client operational tradecraft, targeting tools, and open source research to identify new opportunities for operational activity and to enhance ongoing operations. Be inquisitive, investigative, and action-oriented when supporting client objectives. Solve complex tasks and find innovative solutions to problems or obstacles in an often changing, demanding, and ambiguous environment. Apply expertise in IC operations, operational and technical tradecraft, and intelligence priorities when providing strategic guidance to operations. Conduct all aspects of the position with CI and operational security at the forefront. Perform as a team player, work independently with minimal daily direction, use sound judgment, display unapproachable integrity, and multi-task while managing competing priorities.

Basic Qualifications:

-Knowledge of CI concepts, principles, and practices necessary to support a wide range of operations and conduct open source research effectively

-Knowledge of targeting tools, including commercially available and those of the client, and how to apply technology to solve complex operational problems in an organized and time efficient manner

-Ability to deal with US government officers at all levels of responsibility, authority, and rank

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-Scheduled to obtain a BA or BS degree in 2020

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with living or working abroad

-Knowledge of a foreign language

-Ability to display agility, innovation, flexibility, adaptability, and commitment to the client's mission, think on your feet, and develop creative yet practical solutions to anticipated and unanticipated problems

-Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently

-Possession of excellent interpersonal skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communications skills
