Budget Analyst, Senior

That's why we need you, a financial analyst who can easily navigate the requirements, policies, and regulations that govern various processes that assist with determining funding decisions.
As a financial analyst on our team, you'll help your client to succeed. You'll work with community studies leads, IC Programming decision-makers, and all aspects of the Intelligent Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Evaluation (IPPBE) processes to build an actionable plan for your client to achieve their goals.
Using your knowledge of laws, regulations, and policies, you'll help your client to develop well-formed requirements. You'll assist various study leads within making sure funding is used efficiently through consistent tracking, communication, and various fiscal year research. This is your chance to work in an office that is responsible for IPPBE processes worked in no other agencies or offices while imparting your financial analysis expertise to your team.

-5+ years of experience with working on performance management, budget formulation, and execution processes for intelligence community (IC) programs or the DoD
-Experience with applying expertise in analytics and diagnostics, including qualified techniques for mission requirements
-Experience with conducting independent research and analysis and developing briefing materials for senior executives
-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel and IC and government financial systems
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
-BA or BS degree
Nice If You Have:
-Knowledge of the Congressional Budget Justification Books (CBJB)
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, including presenting results to senior leadership in oral or written formats
-BA or BS degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, Data Analytics, Economics, or Mathematics
