Boone Hospital Home Care brings the excellence of Boone Hospital Center directly to patients' homes. Patients are sometimes discharged from the hospital, or other facility, while still needing close medical supervision. Other times, a doctor may decide that a patient needs assistance but may not need to come to the hospital. This is where Boone Hospital Home Care steps in. Our caregivers are able to schedule home visits 24 hours a day, seven days a week with around-the-clock, on-call nursing supervision. Boone Hospital Home Care professionals also provide in-depth patient and caregiver materials, patient assessments and insurance verification assistance.
Boone Hospital Home Care provides home care and hospice services to patients 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Home care visits are provided for patients with a skilled medical need and are intermittent in nature. Hospice services are provided for patients diagnosed with a terminal illness. Services include care from the following disciplines: nursing, therapy, aide, social work, chaplain and dietician. In addition to skilled medical care Boone Hospital Home Care professionals provide in-depth patient and caregiver education, patient assessments and insurance verification assistance. Boone Hospital Home Care handles of the financial, regulatory, planning, billing and collection functions for the agency.(Separate corporation from Boone Hospital Center)
Responsible and accountable for the successful operation of Boone Home Health and Hospice. Provides the leadership and management infrastructure to ensure the organization meets the highest standards in program quality, patient satisfaction, employee engagement and financial management. Responsible for growing the division in a way that links with and adds value to Boone Home Health and Hospice
and Boone Health Inc. organizational business lines. Provides the leadership to develop, direct and implement performance improvement initiatives. Ensures compliance with internal, regulatory, and reimbursement guidelines.
